Random strange things:

Sign at the local bakery/deli counter:

Food left unattended will be attacked by crows. Please keep this in mind when sitting at the tables outside. It is not our policy to replace food that has been attacked by birds.

(for a moment I thought that they had actually employed the birds to attack the food...)

Mapquest gave me direction today that, had I followed them, would have sent me driving the Jaguar right through the middle of a traffic circle. As in over the round part that has grass in it.

And...

this is what happens when you give an ice cube to a schnauzer:
