Did I miss something?

Was it declared 'Sleep Optional Day' without my notice?

Lily's bedtime is 8:30. It is now 11:12 and she IS STILL AWAKE.

We have had cuddles, books, 14 trips to the potty, warm milk, another 3 trips to the potty, 2 night-diaper changes and a visit from dad. NOTHING is working.

I even tried telling her that her beloved Buppa won't come over unless she goes to sleep.

Argh.

It's going to be a long night.

Thank goodness I'm 36 and still haven't slept through the night. I should be used to this by now.
